Sending a message the day before does not guarantee the membership will be canceled before it renews. Your cancellation request, with the correct account identifying information, must be received before the renewal date. Provide possible usernames and the billing information: If you are not able to log in, or are unsure of the username the membership is under, contact Customer Support. Troubleshooting I'm not able to log into the account! It's best to cancel as soon as you decide, to avoid being charged. You will continue to get membership benefits until the expiration date.
